Cornish RATTLER
Cloudy semi-sparkling Cyder and it bites at 6% abv,
working in partnership with St Austell Brewery we were able
to launch our draught cyder CORNISH RATTLER into St Austell Public
Houses and selected Free Houses throughout Cornwall.
In 2003, we experimented with a new cyder, "Cloudy Rattler" in our farm shop. The response from customers was promising, and so in the summer of 2004, we trialled it in selected St. Austell brewery oulets. In attracting a wider audience, we realised the potential for a cornish draught cyder, and so we re-branded and re-launched it as "The Rattler"into the cornish market place. The public response from locals and visitors was huge and
