CORNISH SCRUMPY

Our original Cornish Scrumpy is pressed, fermented and blended on the farm, using the traditional methods and skills employed for centuries in the art of the cyder maker. We only use English cyder apples including apples harvested from our own orchards to produce this very strong still cyder.

Available in 5 sizes from a miniature to a 5 Litre Pitcher, in medium dry and medium sweet to 7.4% abv.

The Medium Sweet won 2nd prize in the sweet category at the INTERNATIONAL CIDER & PERRY COMPETITION held at Hereford in 2005
CORNISH VINTAGE CYDER

This distinctive, full-bodied Vintage Cyder is made using specially selected traditional bitter sweet varieties of cyder apples. The identifying rich colour and wonderfully warming flavours are developed for up to 3 months in used whisky barrels that are kept in our own purpose built cellars. A slight sparkle is imbued at the bottling stage, making it a light refreshing drink.

The 2000 vintage not only won 1st prize in the dry categoery at THE INTERNATIONAL CIDER & PERRY COMPETITION but also won the title of Supreme Champion beating 114 entries from around the world.

Cornish Rattler:

 

 

Cornish Rattler is the newest addition to our bottled cyder portfolio.

Originally only available in draught format, having had numerous requests from our customers, we finally "captured the bite and put it in the bottle!" - allowing you to take the tast of Cornwall home with you.

Designed to be different in taste and appearance, this cloudy Cornish cyder is sparkling, and is 6% ABV. The 500ml bottles are designed to be sold either in off-licenses, or in pubs/clubs, so keep your eyes open!

Dubbed the "6% apple juice", this cyder is sure to get the party started and is perfect on a warm summers day in Cornwall!

Oak aged:

This premium cyder is packaged in 500 ml bottles and is made using the same methods as with our vintage cyder.

Re-packaged to enter into the on-trade (restaurants/pubs) be sure to ask for this truely unique cyder the next time you are in the restaurant.
