So we've had a busy few months! Whilst Rattler is going from strength to strength, we have been developing various new products ofr the 2009 season and beyond, these inlclude:

Healey's Reserve - A fantastic cider only available at the farm shop. This cider is made exclusively from apples grown on the farm,

Healey's Classic - A medium cyder with a good balance of both sweet and dry, it has been stored in Oak casks for up to 3 months in our cellars here at the farm. A well balanced cyder with a hint of oak and tropical fruits.

Healey's Apple Juice - Pressed on the farm using fresh English dessert apples, this juice is 100% natural and unfiltered, void of artificial flavourings and colourings, it is enriched with vitamin C. It is available in both 250ml and 750ml bottles

Healey's Apple Juice launched!

Whilst we have been selling apple juice on the farm for some years, we have only recently developed packaging suitable for wholesale.

The core product remains the same - high quality, naturally cloudy apple juice with no added colour, flavourings or preservatives, only a touch of vitamin C, but the bottle size, sahpe and style has changed.

Available in both 250ml and 750ml bottles, Healey's apple juice will be on sale in local shops, pubs and supermarkets

April 2009 - Healey's Reserve wins at the "International Cider and Perry Competition", 2009

Just months after the launch, Healey's reserve wins first place for 'best presented packaged cider' at this internationally acclaimed competition - rather good for a small family run cider farm in Cornwall!

June 2009 - Healey's Classic wins!

Healey's Classic cider has won the best new product at this years Royal Cornwall Show. This category is traditionally strongly contested and included entries froma variety of cornish food and drink producers. Healey's Classic was launched only a few months ago, and we look forward to seeing your reaction when you're next around!
