Bumper pressing season replenishes stock

With the cyder industry booming, we decided this year to press more apples than we ever have in the past. Approx. 500 tonnes of apples were pressed this season, which approx. doubles the capacity of the cyder farm. Our pressing team worked fantastically, pushing our old stack press to it's limits, with double shifts working well into the night ensureing the apples weren't left standing in the apple pits for too long.
